Neethi Sarah John is a dynamic and accomplished professional with a passion for solving complex problems and learning something new every day. With a background in software engineering and learning & development, she has honed her strategic planning, execution, and communication skills, which she is eager to channel into a product management role. Currently working as a Research and Development Intern at CashPositive, a FinTech start-up that streamlines credit management for SMEs, Neethi has performed extensive market research on stakeholders in the B2B space and designed a mobile app that allows CashPositive users to avail of online credit services platform. Previously, Neethi worked at Schlumberger, first as a Back End Software Engineer and then as a Training and Development Lead. In this role, she led learning and competency initiatives for ~450 employees based on the company's business direction and strong people values using analytics, user research, and gamification. She also worked as a Product Manager of Idea Factory, where she created a product roadmap, requirements, and user stories on Azure DevOps with the vision of streamlining the process of searching for graduation projects in the early career program for Schlumberger Technology. She worked with the development team to come up with MVP in 3 months that was very well-received, and the website had over 60 new ideas within the span of 6 weeks. Additionally, she was the application owner of SETC Associate II Evaluation app, created with the vision to streamline the process of promotions for 450+ global internal users annually. She also coached and supported early career leadership programme candidates through their journey, looking at how to motivate the population to move ahead in their career progression and choose Schlumberger as a place to build a fruitful career. Neethi holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from NIT Tiruchirappalli and a Young India Fellowship in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Ashoka University. She has also completed HBX CORe from Harvard Business School Online. Her technical skills include Backend, Software Engineering, Product Management, Research Scientist, DevOps, Azure, and Mobile. With 5.95 years of relevant experience, Neethi is an excellent problem solver, a skilled communicator, and a natural leader who is eager to take on new challenges and make a positive impact on the world.
